At DogStar Brew Lab we create beer crafted for enjoyment, and we want to make sure you enjoy it in a responsible manner.

We have implemented the following Host Responsibility policy to ensure we look after you, our customer – every time.

We pride ourselves on being responsible hosts.

We will only deliver our beer to the purchaser and we will not leave your carefully selected products with another person to pass on to you.

It is against the law to serve alcohol to minors. We will not sell beer to minors, we will not deliver beer to minors.

If we are in doubt about your age, we will ask for identification.

Acceptable forms of proof of age are a current photo driver’s license, an 18+ Evidence of Age card or a current NZ passport.

Customers who are visibly intoxicated will not be delivered alcohol purchased online. A refund will be processed.

Our policy is zero tolerance for aggressive, coercive or violent behavior.
